导读：在Brown等的此项前瞻性研究中，作者招募了14例有既往鼻手术史的慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）患者，评估了每天2次、2mg莫米松大容量鼻冲洗后对患者早晨皮质醇水平的影响。结果显示，经莫米松冲洗治疗12周后，未发现下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺（HPA）轴抑制情况。这与年1月发表的一项调查HPA功能障碍和肾上腺机能不全综合患病率的系统综述和荟萃分析结果一致。
